Did you know you can get cash with your mortgage, to use to help you qualify for your mortgage?This was the case with one of my clients that closed in November. He had been declined by his Bank due to having too much other debt. We were able to get him approved for his mortgage by using a cash back product! This is where a lender gives you a certain % of cash, along with the mortgage. Today is World Diabetes Day- a cause close to my heart - as I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when I was 14.Last month, I had the privilege of hearing Sébastien Sasseville speak at the National Mortgage Conference in Montreal. Living with Type 1 diabetes himself, Sébastien has achieved incredible goals- from summiting Mount Everest to running across the Sahara. His story is a powerful reminder that no matter the obstacles we face, our goals can always be achieved with courage, persistence, and resilience.Today, I’m inspired by Sébastien’s journey and am reminded that even with challenges, we can conquer the mountains in our own lives.Let’s celebrate the strength within each of us and continue to raise awareness for diabetes 💙#WorldDiabetesDay #DiabetesAwareness
