I’ve broken it down with a simple graph to show how much you’ll need depending on the purchase price of your dream home. 🏡✨If your purchase price is not listed, calculate it yourself:
5% for purchase prices and amounts up to $500,000
10% for the portion that is over $500,000 but less than $1,499,999
